The M2's gets really good reviews for the price - thinking of sticking some on my daughter's bike to replace the cable discs.

Looks as easy to bleed as Shimano too.

See a fair few lever blades snap but they are cheap and spares can be bought direct from Clark’s

Got some stupidly cheap cable pull one to for to my daughters go-about-town university bike. For £20 an end (inc Rotors) they were damn good. I say WERE damn good, because the bike got stolenized - Grr.

I have a set on my rigid mtb. It's a 2006 Orange Gringo frame built up with budget parts. The clarks breaks have been good for the money. They've been on the bike for a year and have been good for a few rides on the moors near Burnley and for running around town and to the pub.

No real problems with them. Easy to fit.

I put some M2s on a bike I build up for my bro, they felt really good for the price. The M stands for mineral fluid btw.

Got some of the new m3 and once I got the reach adjusted properly I can't fault them, plenty of power with big discs and easy enough to bleed.(internal rooting so head to bleed when fitting)

Lever shape is nice and they look a bit bling with the red bore caps. Quality of the bolts and castings looks as good as Shimano.

The reach adjusting Allen bolts could do with a but of thread lock on them though as they creep a bit during a ride.

I fitted a pair of M2's to a Rocky Mountain Blizzard steel hard tail, the brakes do the job perfectly, but if you are the type that hares around trails then I would advise fitting a larger pair of rotors, as the 6" rotors that came with the kit are a tad undersized at times..... but to be fair I can't really complain at the cost of £34 for the complete set, incl bolts and spare olives....... 🙂 , plus the fact that the levers are adjustable...

No. But you get a couple of spare olives in the kit so not hard to swap them.

Just completed my first ride on some M3's. Front one feels really good, back one probably needs a bleed as I shortened the hose but didn't do it. Pads are quite rocky in the calipers, but if you don't make a habit of breaking while going backwards, not a great issue.

Should mention, they are on my rigid singlespeed. Steve Pete might find them a bit lacking. 😁
