Don't think so, I've picked up a couple of new ones on ebay recently but it's a long time since I've seen one in a shop, and unlike the spoon I don't think anyone sells the same saddle under a different brand

I think Charge became Fabric and now (I think) the dude works for Cannondale.

Fabric Scoop Shallow is pretty close to a Knife for me.

I'll have a look at the Scoop but it was the low stack height of Knife I liked - I could run a One-Up 180mm dropper. Broke a seat rail so need an alternative.

If anyone is after a Knife, I have 3 in a box someplace in the garage, lightly used from memory (would need to check condition), titanium rails. Was saving them just in case but would be happy to part with. DM me.

If anyone is after a Knife...

I've sent you a DM but imagine there could be a few of us who have been keeping an eye out for a Kinfe!

Have a look at the Nukeproof Horizon Enduro saddle, which is specially designed to have a low stack height, 8mm lower than 'standard rails' it says on Wiggle. I have one for similar reasons to you and it works great for me and is comfortable as a saddle too, way better for me than a Knife, though it is a short-nosed saddle, so looks a little different. I think it's lower than the Knife, because I have one of those lying around and it wasn't massively lower than other saddles I've tried.

I've snapped rails on two "Kinfe" saddles, and so has a mate. Binned then off for Spoons, and no such trouble.

Madison used to have a saddle that was the same Velo Taiwan / manufacturer model as the Knife. I have a brown one with Ti rails somewhere, unused - DM if it's of interest.

Was saying this just yesterday! Knife was my favourite saddle.... I broke the one on my SS but this was after YEARS of use and abuse!

Running a spoon on my trail bike...and ergon on the SS...
OH I long for a knife again!

I've been hankering after a Flite again...used to find that an incredibly comfy saddle. Planet X were selling a model but I didn't get brave enough to buy it as my concern is that I've changed over the years and it may not be as comfy as it once was due to my spread changing!

A Cannondale Scoop Flat is the modern version of a Knife. The last of the Charge Spoon saddles went to Tredz. No more will ever be made. Other brands use the same shape but the Knife was a flatter version of the Spoon. Fabric P&A is no more but all the Cannondale P&A is the Fabric product with Cannondale written on it.

I really rate the Fabric/Cannondale Scoop Flat saddles, have them on 2 of my drop bar bikes, the bikes I spend the most actual time on. Couldn't get on with the Knife shape though fwiw.

I've had a look at the Scoop, stack height doesn't look as low as the Knife.

Probably a stupid saddle question, but what's P&A?

Are Fabric not making saddles any more? Is that why they were being sold off so cheap?

Edit: Parts and accessories?

Fabric and Cannondale are both owned by the same company. I believe that they wanted to increase sales in America of the Fabric parts and accessories, but no-one had heard of Fabric in the US, so it has all been rebranded as Cannondale.

My favourite gravel handlebar tape which I first came across on my Cannondale Slate was actually Fabric Knurltack tape from memory. This is now sold as Cannondale Knurltack tape for example.

Interesting, as I thought they initially changed from Charge to Fabric so that the products WEREN'T associated with a bike brand - and therefore might look "wrong" on a Trek or Spesh?
