Just placed an order yet have not had any kind of notification. Dropped a forum question + direct email and nothing back.
Anyone know if they are still in business, or is it just that they have a really bad website?
I purchased some fork from them a couple of weeks ago via eBay and then returned them (change of mind) and received a refund with no problems, so I would imagine they're still going. Probably just busy, out riding or too much sun at the weekend. I'm sure it's fine.
I bought a seatpost from them just this week, usual fast delivery.
They got back to me in the end, so all good so far. Would be nice if they had a notification email on purchase as is pretty much standard these days, hence my concern - well that and there being no published address or contact phone number on their website.
