Need a new cassette and they are cheap and in stock. (Hopefully)
Anyone used them recently?

Yeah, they're fine.

Communication can be slow but I have used and will use them again.

Yup all good. Not UK based but prices include all taxes and fees upfront

Yup, used them before.

Almost stuck a PSA up as they seem to have reasonable stock with discounts and free postage at the moment.

As aboveI've used them and all fine. I think that they ship stuff from Germany to their UK base and then on to customers, all legit but takes about 5 days/ weekish to arrive

Got a Reverb AXS earlier in the year with import duties and VAT etc all included in the price too from them.

all good to know - bought a rear cassette a few weeks ago but had to pay the current covid tax price, so Bikester can go back on the list

All good, their customer service is very good as well.

Signa is the parent company who just bought CRC/Wiggle

They won’t ship to the Isle of Man though, for some unexplained reason. Not that it’ll bother most of you....

Had a bit of a mere a month back where I ordered some forks which did a tour of Germany and were then returned to them.

They refunded them and said reorder but ended up getting some else where whole process took a while though.

Gave them another go and all was fine, ordered Sunday arrived Friday.

Another positive experience too (for some Gore gloves on sale). I like that they make it clear before you buy that there are no additional hidden charges.

I’ve had a few things from there - when unavailable locally. Good, solid service.

Yep. Ordered from them twice. Came quickly, no worries.

I like the boxes too!

I didn't appreciate they were none UK. Yeh my fault and got drawn in with the .co.uk address.

Shipped timely enough but been stuck in customs for a week.

Looks like they've only partially shipped my order as well so assume they're advertising as 'in stock' when it's not.

Overall, not the best.
