Their FB page is up to date, and they have a login in here @bearback maybe try through that.

edit looks like they had IT issues 6 weeks ago, so you may be a victim of that.

Tom's right our hosting provider (mdd) suffered a catastrophic server failure a few weeks back and we missed about 4 days of email and still filtering out some stuff.

We are still operating for 2019 and running Whistler based xc/dh guiding with returning guide Jonny C, Rainbow heli drops, Squamish days and looking to add a multi day interior trip into the mix with a pilot trip mid summer.

We unfortunately won't be offering catered chalet options again for 2019 as Airbnb has changed the big home rental market to a point that we can't offer the value we want to provide or that our guests expect.
Accommodation options are 3rd party B&B/or apartments for small groups or larger self catered townhomes for larger groups all still packaged with transfers and guiding.
Its a tough part of year for getting prices from 3rd party providers though right now as they are 100% in Winter mode with the mountain opening in a couple of weeks and many not even having opened up their dates availability for next summer yet.

I'll have a dig through and see if I can find your request. Apologies for missing it!

Shame about the catered chalet. Was great for solo travellers, met some great people and always had someone to ride/drink with.

Guiding was spot on. Great day in Squamish with Mark doing climb laps on the bike like a machine, to retrieve the truck.

Have stayed with BB everytime I've been to Whistler (three times) (Grizedale crew).  Met some great people (the twins, Irish Pete).  It's a shame they had to sell Alta Vista and the Airbnb market has made renting out a chalet for the season to expensive.  Hope to return one day.
