Am I over thinking the whole set of new bars thing?

I need some bars in a certain width with a certain rise etc, but are they really much of a muchness? or do I need to think about it more than just narrowing the bars down (no pun intended) by size and how pretty the decals are?

I'm not anal about it but sweep and width could bother me.

rise only issue for me you can adapt to sweep /width but too low is too low. I am not one of those for trying a number of different length stems etc to get it just perfect

Like the steel motorbike style bars from ridelow.co.uk With a shim they will fit a-head stem Mine have benn on my mtb in all weathers with no sign of rust and are super comfortable

Anyone tried clip-ons on triple clamp forks? Get that racey, tucked-in, aerodynamic feel on your DH bike?
