I paid 2*£25 to gigantic on 29th June for refunds on ard rock tickets. An email conf comes through, clicked on link and screen says “process completed - your refund will be done shortly and you’ll get an email”
I’ve heard nothing after nearly 4 weeks and cant see a payment on any of my accounts
Anyone else?
I got 5 refunded. Took a few days and a little chasing on the first couple though. Monies were returned to my PayPal account, tbh I'd forgotten that's what I'd paid with.

Still no response from Gigantic and I've chased by email twice. More worryingly I've just received an email about 'my race tickets and event info' as the lead booker when I shouldn't be on the list any longer.
Is there any way of contacting Gigantic other than the customer service email they don't respond to?
finally found a telephone number and it seems it has been refunded to Katie. booked so long ago had no memory it was in her name (and my name was on a lead booker. odd)
and of course can't find the money in any account. Gigantic blindly refunding money to an account or card used nearly 3 years ago was not a good idea. And *paying* an extra £25 a ticket in order to get a refund?? really?
