I've been asked to value this bike for my mate's father. He's just tuned 70 and is looking to treat himself to a new MTB ! (probably something in carbon by Scott)
1 owner from new, good condition with only light XC use. It comes with the original paperwork including the sales receipt (Beyond Mountain Bikes in Cranleigh, May 2000)
It's all original apart from a Chris King headset and tubeless tyres (not sure exactly what spec - but they are ones fitted from new !)

Any idea on value ? Not easy to find anything like this on bay. It's in such original condition, if it was a few years older I'd be asking this Q on Retrobike 🙂

Got to be honest don't think its worth much except to exactly the right person who is specifically looking for one.
Not enough to buy a carbon Scott. Couple of hundred to the right person maybe
