yes, I have used google but to no avail 🙂
looking for a cheapish 26" disc compatible fork for the commuter - any ideas?
On One?
look up Mosso forks on ebay. work out around £50, light and stiff. get the M3 if you can.
Sorry to jump on someone elses post but i'm also interested in a set of cheap forks to replace the revs on the bike that now only gets used for taking my son out on.
The Mosso forks look to be a good deal so long as you can wait the time it takes to come from Hong Kong. Why have you recommended the M3 forks lovewookie? They only appear to come in 395mm length which is quite a bit shorter than the 508mm that my revelations are. I realise that i'm not going to be able to get any rigid forks that have the same axle-to-crown length as the revs but are the longer Mosso forks also good? They are 413mm.
I've got some on one black, disc compatible forks with a long steerer. They've not been used much and have a long steerer. Would take £30 posted. Let me know if interested and I can measure the steerer.
Pipedream had nice steel ones for £51 posted.

If you're replacing 513mm revs you'd be best with 470mm forks (usually for 29ers).
I tried 440mm on my Chameleon and it was horrible.

They are now £60 (posted) and they only have a few left in white.
Just bought some, but haven't fitted yet.
Richt, I'm interested in the on one forks. can you please measure the axle-to-crown length and the steerer length also please? Thanks
Will do and get back to you in the morning.
Swoosh, I've emailed you, but they are 440mm a-c, 225mm steerer, disc only.
There's always these too:
