I have both these on my bike...
I've never actually thought of doing it..not sure it can be done with the M970 shifters..
There's a bit on it here..

It might be worth contacting Problemsolvers and Trickstuff as they make quite a few different adapters.

Yes you get a bag with the I spec covers that has all the "mating" hardware

Really neat once the levers & brakes are paired up
