I've got a white cx bike, and 6'4", but that's probably not much help.
I'm just a smidgen under 6' 4" and got an XL Saxon Cross. Fits me just fine - I'm all in proportion though, nothing too gangly or short in arms or legs. Rides lovely, would recommend.
I'm just under 6'2" and got a large Charing Cross and find it too long, and my legs are not mega long - 32" inside leg.
