Just wondered fi anyone has ordered anything from Epic TV Shop?
I know that Epic TV produce quite a few MTB related videos but hadn't seen the shop till now and wanted to check to make sure it's reputable!

Ski Defective and no action from Epic tv shop
I bought a pair of Rossignol skis over two weeks ago with a gap between the base and edge of the ski. I was told from Jeremy that he will contact Rossignol about the issue and get back to me. Over two weeks have passed since the claim and Jeremy does not reply on my emails. Real poor customer support. Will take it the issue to my CC
