Toying with the idea - fork has a remote lockout (but I never fitted the lever/cable)... and I'm playing with a SIDLuxe which also has remote lockout. Is it a PITA to set up?
I'll try the new shock as is first. Want to see if it's any better than the Deluxe at pedalling (compression is way too soft on the Deluxe IMO). If I like it, I may as well setup the remote for both.
Decided that a lever on the LHS would be ideal... but the Chisel FS frame has no routing/clips for the shock cable, what's the best way to mount it - just a cable tie on the top tube?Â
I use one on Fox 32's on my Cascade and find it useful.
Bonus is that when I press my dropper remote it pushes the switch to make the fork bouncy again. Total accident but great!
