I'd like to try and ditch the camelbak - but want to still carry stuff: water, trail tools, pakajak, arm/knee warmers, gels etc. Be interested if anyone stashes their bladder into one too and how that works out (no bottle needed & greater capacity).
If so, how'd you find it? Which do you use? Can you stuff a bladder into it? Any cons to weight on the bike?
Be interested to hear your views.

I use a JandD frame bag loads. Can get pump, tube, multitool, food and phoen in it, and then use a bottle on my frame. Have to use a backpack aswell if I need more water, need to carry coat etc.

Handy for easy access to food and phone/camera and multitool.
Also have a TT bag for phone/GPS/snack carrying

Downside is if its not packed well, it rattles like hell.

Been struggling with backpacks for a while and wasted money on trying different ones.
My hardtail has two bottle cages and fits an under saddle pack and that's usually enough.
The Banshee will take a saddle pack but not room for cages. I did wonder if a handlebar bag would fit a Camelback Lumbar style Bladder, in the end I've gone with some MOLLE Bottle Holders and Velcro cable straps to hold them to the top tubes. The MOLLE system is brilliant and you can get lots of additional small pouches and bags to attach so you can store tools and bits.

Oh - and sometimes a small flask of tea & biscuits.
I have this. Blooming love it. fit a shed load if you want inside the pack and you don't notice the weight.

Since putting my hydration bladder in a frame bag, I'd never go back. Revelate Tangle half-frame bag is big enough for a 2.5L Osprey LT reservoir - hose exit at front and loops over the bars with magnetic clip for the bite valve on the side of the stem. Keeps the weight lower on the bike and stops sweaty back syndrome keeping me dry for long rides in variable conditions. I have a big box of hydration packs gathering dust.
I have a Revelate medium frame bag, wouldn't want to be without now.
