As title really. Raced today in sticky plasticene mud with a 2.25 Advantage up front, it carried a lot of mud and therefore weight.
Anyone rate the Rendez and in what terrain?
They're crap in mud.. and in the dry for that matter!
So crap all round then? Whats so bad in particular?
Still using Ardent 2.25 front and rear. Just running LUST at 20 psi, grips fine No issues. If you need a crutch get a HR?
They don't have any bite to their edge.. They'll slide out as soon as they're leant over the tiniest amount. That was running them tubeless too. They roll OK though, but that's about all they've got going for them. I think the only tyre I've come across that's almost as bad as a Richey z-max!
I use a Rendez as an Autumnal/ not really muddy but a damp/soily rear tyre, Advantage 2.1 up front
Yep.. That's about the only thing they grip on.. Not dry or wet.
