Any good for anything?
For some reason the Vredstein marketing machine has got in my head. Described on the website as 'Lightweight XC competition tyre for wet courses' but tread looks like dry hardpack only?

I know a chap who swears by them, but only really as a fast mixed terrain commute tyre. From the look of them on his bike, they're not something you'd want to take out on a slippery day in the woods!
