My Arkrose came with 700x47 Riddlers, which as per another thread on here were ridiculously puncture prone running with tubes, so I swapped for Gravel Kings.

Just wondering whether they would be worth trying to get set up tubeless before the hedge trimming season, rather just binning them, which seems a waste

I ran the narrow version of Riddlers tubeless on my singlespeed with no problem. I'd have thought the 47mm version would have been just as easy.

No problems running tubeless - inflated easily with track pump.

I’ve got mine set up tubeless, had my first puncture that stans wouldn’t seal today. Mine went up with a track pump too.

Not Riddlers, but I recently had WTB cross boss' fitted on my cx bike and the amount of punctures i got was crazy, like every ride, they were setup tubeless and wouldn't ever seal either and I needed to put a tube in to get me home each time, this happened 5 rides on the bounce. Prior to using these I've run Maxxis Mudwrestlers and Schwalbe G Ones and never ever had a single issue with them puncturing at all... ever in nearly 5 years... I got rid of them and went back to G Ones and haven't had an issue since. This was all riding on the same trails/area etc.

My finding are therefore; I dont use WTB tyres anymore 👍🏻

I had a set of 700x45s set up tubeless on Hope XC rims; they went up (and stayed up) fine.

Actually getting them onto the rims and, later, seated was another, nightmarish, story entirely!

Oh yes, they are buggers to get on and off!

I liked the way they rode, but just seemed way too puncture prone with tubes. Maybe I just caught a bad time for thorns on the tracks. I'm hoping tubeless gives mm the benefits without the problems.

45mm on the front of my commuter, no problems and easier to set up than my Nanos, which were so hard to get off I ended up bending the rim.

I’ve got tubeless 700x45 Riddlers on my Camino. Set up real easy, comfy and roll well but they can be a bit puncture prone on Lakeland slate, as I discovered.

Yep, 47mm 700c riddlers, I've never run them with tubes, only tubeless. Couldn't tell you if I've ever punctured as they've stayed up with zero issues.
I am tempted to go for something a bit fast rolling on the road though.

I think it was my thread you referred to in your first post.

seemed way too puncture prone with tubes. Maybe I just caught a bad time for thorns on the tracks.

I don't think so. I was averaging more than a puncture a week using Riddlers for a long period. I swapped them for Victoria Revolutions and have not had a single puncture since doing the same routes as before.
The Riddlers gave a lovely ride, but I'd never use them again.
