Where do you get replacement bearings from?

Ride nice the linkage works well. My mates have a 9.1and 9.2 and the value is ace. All the spare parts for them are so cheap. You can order all spares through the workshop, full bearings for the frame cost about 15pounds and the shock bushings are about 6pounds.

Haters gonna hate but that spec speaks for itself on the Rockrider.

They need to have a bloody word with their marketing department and position it much better I think.

Full bearings 15 quid. *sound*

Ive ridden a RR 9,1 for 2years and it has been an awesome bike, had it at a few 7Stanes trails and has been where my mates 2k stumpy, even done the black at Inners, although it was hard work,my ridding though not the bike,I was lucky enough to only pay £600 for muine,it was meant to be £700 but the new model was out and it was the year befores, only thing mine didnt have was the remote lock out bar lever,It also got an awesome review in Bikeradar so have a look at that to,

I had a 2007 Rockrider 6.3 full sus, What MTB's cheap full sus of the year (2007). Loved that bike, would still be riding it if some scrote hadn't stolen it.

BUT I had a nightmare time trying to get a replacement mech hanger for it when I bent mine. Including:

1) Taking it into the shop and asking them to replace the hanger when they were doing a service. They didn't.

2) Ringing the shop and asking if I could buy a replacement hanger or two. Someone would phone me back. They didn't.

3) Contacted via website. Got response that it had been forwarded to the store and someone would contact me. They didn't.

4) Emailed customer services two months after (3) to ask about non-response. No response.

Sheffield store, btw.

The upshot is I now veer towards "brands" as I can take them to my local LBS or buy parts online rather than having to go to a retailer 40 miles away who might or might not even fix the thing when I ask them to.

Shame, because they are good bikes, and phenomenal value for money, but I wouldn't have another simply due to their very, very poor after sales service / support.
