I placed and order with VIRIS over the Christmas period for some glasses for my Daughter.
Order is showing as "paid" but "unfulfilled" on my Account page.
I've emailed and sent a Facebook message - can't see any other way of getting in contact with them.
Anyone ordered recently and had it delivered?
Never heard of them before! There's a single, 1 star review on TrustPilot (in German!) of someone hearing nothing after 3 months... Credit card/Paypal chargeback?
Andy (who owns Viris) is pretty active on Instagram and if you want i can get you his Email address, but it's only the one on their website anyhow. Obviously he's potentially a bit busy with GT folding as his team ran GTs... but i can ask a mate for his mobile if you're stuck.

I've just emailed him too, as one of my boys ordered a load of stuff off him with some Christmas money, and just checked his emails - nothing heard since the order was raised on 30th Dec.
I'm worried now.

They're a relatively small brand, but also sponsor some big names - Greg Minnaar, Danny Hart & Brook McDonald.
I believe Andy was Danny's WC mechanic at Mondraker for some time.
@GavinB he responded to the message I sent to the VIRIS Brand Facebook page a couple of days back.
