Hi all,
I ordered something from Decathlon a week ago. They’ve taken my money but I haven’t been sent the goods. When I log into my account there is no order history. I have also emailed them but not had a reply. Has anyone else had and experience of them ?

They've been really good with me over the years. Definitely phone them up and sort it out.

Ordered from them for the first time last week & just had the item delivered. Seemed pretty seamless.
Sounds a bit weird that there is no info in your order history...
As soon as I log-in to my account, I get a large image of my last order, with it's status - i.e., shipped.
They seem to have a chat option under their 'contact us' page.
Are you sure it wasn't a spoof address pretending to be Decathlon - quite unlikely, as I'd imagine replicating the Decathlon website would take some work!
They seem slow on deliver at the moment. I've ordered 2 lots of stuff, both arrived but took longer than expected.
I've had good order experience with them before. Multiple times. Overall, I trust them.
But, I have noticed this week that they've been mucking about with the website behind the scenes, and account information isn't where it was. Wishlist has also disappeared completely.
This may explain the lack of order history, but they should still be getting back to you by email.
My Decathlon experience has been bad.
I made an order in July, it was stuck before the 'ship to store' step for 2 weeks, then after 3 weeks they just cancelled my order. I hope you have better luck than me!

Dunno if it's still the same but if you order from CRC using paypal, it doesn't show up in your account, though I haven't used them for ages, so may have changed?.
Did you use paypal?.
I've used Decathlon for years, echo the sentiments above, they're very good.
Yes I used PayPal, it was pending for days but now it’s been taken from my account .
Could be the same as CRC then, I'd give them a call.
I had similar back in July when I ordered some forks. Took about 2 weeks to arrive iirc - there was no update until Parcelforce had hold of them. Had I been in a hurry I would certainly have called customer service though - they've been pretty helpful in hte past.
Thanks all. I’ve just had an email from them stating that it’s being processed but it won’t show on my account due to site maintenance.
The one and only time I ordered from Decathlon went like this:
Check stock(rear derailleur), Item showing as in stock.
Put in basket then checkout and pay,
Get email confirmation.
Get another email stating that due to covid items will take longer to ship, around 14days and no option to collect from store(even though the stores were back open).
Wait 2 weeks, then around the 14th day another email to say out of stock and issued a refund!!!!
Check on website, yep item showing as out of stock.
Go online and Order a different derailleur from elsewhere and received it within 3 days.
Day after original derailleur is showing as back in stock on Decathlons website.
Personally I wont bother ordering online with them again, but still do buy stuff in store.
I've had a similar problem to the op - ordered but doesn't appear on my account- in fact i received a message on my account that order had been cancelled as payment had been refused (not true) I contacted via the website contact form and i've been advised that the delivery will be made on wednesday (although nothing appears on my account). I will see on wednesday if this is true, but i can't say that i've been impressed by how their online system works (as at today still nothing on my account and therefore can't track)
