The seal kit the OP links to is the >09 on the 150mm are 2010 ones, could be a few issues with those as only year they did the the 150mm uturn.
Issues with air leaks can mean a new helix & upper tube are needed (these are swaged together) so be aware of that if a service and seals don't solve the issue.
You can convert to dual air fixed travel as well as an alternative.
