I'd imagine it's a scam account that has found some images from an actual bike owner and is using them to see if anyone will be daft enough to send them some money.

If anything it's a bike that doesn't exist. Well it does but it just happens to belong to someone who isn't selling it. You don't have a workstand without be able to provide a description of the bike.
