The FSA mx on my fsr xc went in scarily easily and it's started creaking, and i think it's because it's slightly small. Anyone got any ideas?

locktite bearing fit. This is what its designed for. A deeper insertion headset might be a good idea as well

Read Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintainance to learn about stock shims i.e. cut a sliver of aluminium can to shim it.
You need to confirm your diagnosis first regarding the cause of creaking......
