You could phone the shop and ask to speak to Chaz I guess.
Although I think the shop and the bike company are technically two different operations these days. They may be able to help though.

Normal channels would be the shop where he bought it, failing that any bike shop, failing that, us.
If he's genuinely getting no joy with bike shops then get him to mail me but I do have to reinforce that his local shop should be the first port of call.
