Hey all,
Holed up in South West London at mo.
Anyone know a good physio in the area that can also gets all things bike. Tweaked a knee that is now clicking on extension with a little pain. Been sent to a place that deals with old / sedentary people and doesn't get bikes / active workout.
Coincides with putting extra miles in on the bike to avoid all things car / parking.
