And specifically the Scorpian QR?
Saw a guy out riding today and the combination of red and green leds really stood out.
However the reviews of the original Scorpion are a bit mixed with regards to them falling off a lot..wondered if the updated version could end my quest for a decent rear daylight led..
They're local to me, so me and a few mates have them (not the Scorpion though).
No complaints here. Good aftersales too.
No complaints here either. I have no experience of the Scorpion but my Exodus helmet light is almost 10 years old and is still going strong. I also run a Holy Moses on the bars with green LED's and that one's great as well.
I had an Exodus for several years - well built light that performed well without any issues.
Spotted one for sale here yesterday:

I had the 2nd gen Scorpion QR. Had a problem with battery life but Del at Four4th sorted out. Was a very good light in being seen. I stopped riding TTs so sold it on to a clubmate. I have one of their Genesis lamps and biggest battery for off road touring and overnight rides. Great lamp but now I’ve got Dynamo lights it’s rather superfluous but I’m too tight to buy a smaller battery.
Yes, Holy Moses and 2x Scorches. Well they are my wife's for 24hr races mostly. Very well made, durable kit with long run times and plenty of power. Great support. Four4th are usually at all the Gorricks too if you want to see the range.
Went with an Exposure Trace/TraceR in the end as has more flexible mounting options and I wanted to transfer it between bikes, plus it was a pretty good price for the pair at around 50 quid.
I have a Holy Moses green, best light I've ever had. After sales is amazing I've had a few bits from Dell over the years, replacement battery lock thing, rubber bands.
I want an OMG green for my helmet next as well.
I have one for TTs and it is an amazing light. It does not see use on the road for any other use. I bought it after riding an event on the A3 and saw a competitor so far off I thought I had to have one. The green flash is (illegal) genius. Even on dim, it is very bright. I have no troubles with it working loose, but I use the lock screw.
For ordinary duties I use two cateyes and a Fly6.
Yes, I'm no TT rider so it would have been for normal road riding in daylight and dusk. I decided it was a bit too bright plus at 35 quid for additional brackets it was pushing the price up.
However the green flash was awesome and with 400 lumen on tap you are definitely going to be noticed
