LBS has peaked my interest in the above.

Was tempted by a Roubaix or Defy previously (well, still tempted).

Would be the lower level 4000/6000.

Not many reviews about. How you getting on with it?

I've got a 2018 Scultura disc 7000e which replaced a Defy Advanced 1.
The Merida is better in every way but going to Di2 hydraulic Ultegra probably helps.
Mine has the CF4 frame which is stiffer than the CF2 on the lower models.
Bike rides exceptionally well and power delivery is excellent.

Cheers j40, good to know. It's what the shop implied.

I have a (repaired) 2014(?) scultura 904 comp, I like it very much. The frame is probably not a million miles away from the 4000?

But I expect you're after some perspective on a more current version.

Looks like the 2021 version has had a few more articles than the previous 5 years of bikes put together including some ride reviews.

Cheers all.
