Yeah, I know. Trail centre, follow the arrows, don't need GPS, its a bit crap etc etc...
Planning a large group ride in that neck of the woods in a couple of weeks. Will have some non-bikers on hire-bikes with us, but I want to venture further afield as I've not done Parakamoor-Nibthwaite for years, but the trail-centre stuff will be good as a warm-up, so I want to figure out how to integrate things.
So does anyone have a gpx file of the NF trial I can have a look at please?

Generally pretty boring..... much better options in Grizedale.. tell non-bikers to be extremely careful on the woodwork - can be really really slippery when wet.. seen bad accidents on it usually from using brakes
I'd have thought Parkamoor-Nibthwaite would be pretty full on for newbies.

There was one bypass in there (trail repairs). I'm not quick by the way.

Having done it today (the whole Grizesale-Parkamoor route) I'd agree. Mostly because of the climbing, but don't underestimate the descents for a "beginner"! Still enjoyed it however.
the lakeland 200 goes through there if you want to mod a gpx you'll find it at selfsupporteduk
Found a gpx from somewhere.
Also found this:

Which incudes Parkamoor, so I'm happy.
