Just taken delivery of some rather nice Hoops, however, initial inspection of the welds on the rims leads me to believe there could be trouble ahead....

The welds are "untidy" to say the least. Anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

That was very accurate and clearly also very helpful.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it 🙂

Try it and report back.

OK, I'll let you know!

It was just I thought I'd read somewhere else about folk having a similar problem so if I asked I might have been able to sort it without covering myself and half of Yorkshire with goo.

Watch this space...

my last rim looked like I had taken a hammer to it it had so many dings. and it still sealed fine, I doubt a scruffy weld will make much difference
