I sent mine away and authorised the repair 25th August but still nothing. Not getting much sense back when I email them either. Are their repairs worth waiting for or should I just ask for my jacket back and send it somewhere else? If so, where? Who else can repair event jackets?

I had my Stealth jacket repaired by them a while back. Can't remember how long it took, but they did a great job; they patched it with eVent fabric and did a really neat job that has held up perfectly. So, probably worth waiting for.

Did you get a returns number from them before sending? Stuff can get lost at Endura if not.

I've had two items replaced by them through faulty stitching or zip.

I have found that they are a bit 'old fashioned' in that emails sometimes get 'lost', but if you give them a call they get you sorted out pretty quick. Using the phone I have had very good repair and warranty service from them over the years.

Yeah, they repaired an eVent jacket for me a while ago. They did a very good job but it took a while. It was difficult getting in touch with them though, they never returned my phone calls.

Got a returns number and lots of emails telling me next week. However, I don't even get that anymore. No email, no jacket, nothing.

Not sure if this helps but happy to sing the praises of CycleStore, Endura and their distributors. Just had my 2-year-old Stealth replaced under warranty because the 'indestructible' laser-welded seams fell apart. Cyclestore were great seeing the whole thing through (no precise warranty period on these things but they happily replaced it). When the new 'medium' came back it was much bigger than the 2008 medium I had, so they happily changed it for a small (in the new s****y blue). Top marks all round fellas

I have only dealt with them once on a warranty thing and they were excellent. Phoned them up, and had a replacement within about 10 days.

As an aside, roughly how much do they charge to reproof a jacket? I have a Gill event that aint quite as waterproof as it once was. It could also do with a couple of small repairs.
