Terrible name, and very strange looking bikes! What are they like to ride?

Looking at the grain direction, I hope that it's veneer/ply! I can't see many redeeming features, especially as an off-road bike.

I've seen a video about wooden bikes before, apparently you can make a surprisingly effective frame if you know your stuff. It was really interesting, I'll try and find it..

Internal cables will be interesting unless you go full bamboo.

“Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should!”

I’m not really a fan. There’s better things you could make a bike out of.

That Twmpa bike is bloody lovely, it was at the Bespoked bike show in Harrogeté the other year, and I think someone on here is mates with the bloke who made it.

The donkey bike, not so much.

Wood is composite just like carbon. Like carbon it needs to be utilised correctly to get the maximum benefits.
Some look great. Some look pants.

I've seen worse looking bikes. But I reckon that would look better with drop bars and rigid forks. Gravel bike ish.
