The hardtail is looking very sorry for itself after the winter. I'm about to strip it down and bung a load of new parts on, so I was thinking it'd be an ideal time to get the frame looking nice and shiny again. Its a steel frame. I fancy getting it enamelled rather than powder coated, for a change

Not the NW, but not far away. Bob Jackson in Leeds do it I think. My mate had a paint job there and that was decent.
