Hi,

If anyone has a UK-spec Giant Ebike smart charger (the newer 5-pin version),  could you possibly let me know the input voltage range?

I'm in the US and mine has died, Giant are taking 2-3 weeks to even process warranty enquiries, and even longer to supply new chargers, and nowhere seems to have them in stock. I can get one from various EU or UK stores, but I need to check the voltage input to see if it will work with our weak (110v) electricity.

Thanks!

Can you not just use a 110-220v step up travel adapter?
