How do do it?

I have a truss fork in titanium, hope headset top cups fitted to frame and assumed that I loosen the steerer clamps ( two bolts at the bottom and one atop) let the steerer out.

Fit the headset racers top and bottom reinsert the steerer tube with spacers between the headset cups and clamps. ?????

Steerer not moving at moment, does it loosen off to come out?

Yours not going LBS when STW is here..,..

Remove the clamp bolts.
Re fit the clamp bolts in from the other side.
Put a small coin in the slot and tighten the bolts just enough to open up the clamp a little.
The steerer will now move a lot easier, though you still have to wiggle it around a bit as the locking wedge in the headset will try to lock as you push it through.
Wedge as many spacers in as you can to take up as much play as possible before you tighten everything up.
The coin trick was shown to me by Mr Jones and works a treat.

Coins worked a treat and some brute force, so fitted seems tight and no movement but is alignment by eye.....???....like a normal fork???

Apologies for question just checking out, confound these new fangled ideas

Tighten the bottom pinch bolts.
Fit your stem and tighten the preload nut.
Tighten the top pinch bolt, line your stem up and tighten the pinch bolts on your stem.
