and if so was it relatively easy? My current FSA on my Fuel EX8 is getting a bit sticky, plus i've been annoyed since purchase on finding it was just a caged ball set fitted like on my 20 yr old Claude Butler...
i've seen Hope's sheet and that CRC amongst others do the pick 'n mix headset option...

Replaced quite a few Trek headsets with Hopes, it's pretty straightforward, and they seem to last hell of a lot longer too.

I did Worzel's on his Ex8 when I was still at the shop Steve, piece of piss. Don't think it'll be long before I ditch the FSA on my Rumblefish either, creaking like an old barn door already!
