My lad is out for the day with his mates being coached by Katy from https://www.katycurdcoaching.com/

I was thinking as i'm there, obviously i'll be out riding... but arguably i may as well take advantage of one of her other coaches and do a coaching session. It'll be 10-2. Costs would be split between us (if anyone comes) and would be working on a bit of everything, whatever people wanted really. I'll be on a manual pedalling bike, but i don't mind an Ebike person, as long as you don't mind waiting...

Anyone fancy it ?

The only week I couldn’t!

I’m looking to ride the FOD some time in November though!

Would love to, I've got some holiday and keep meaning to do a bit of training but I'm away with the family from the 27th.

Have fun whatever you do.

That'd work and I'd love to come and meet you there, but I don't have the equipment needed, I'll look into renting some and re-post.

Most of the risk acceptance list - full face, elbow / knee pads & body armour...

I've got spare FFs, elbows. Worn once by the wife

It is strongly advised that a full-face helmet is worn and that other safety equipment such as gloves, knee pads, elbow pads, body amour etc. is worn during the session.

I won't be in FF.

Should the title not be "in the FoD" ? It's a area not a specific location. 😊😉
