That really makes me want to jump in the car and come over, prior commitment (and a picnic with my fianceĆ© is to be enjoyed not endured) means I won't. But the invite put a smile on my face anyway šŸ™‚

I would love to but have a family ride booked. We're taking our 6 year old nephew around the local jump park, he's gagging to learn to jump, do drop offs, ride the rough stuff.

Hope someone turns up for you.

Oh yes when are you going to travel 'down South' to our neck of the woods, you wouldn't be disappointed?

Me and Terrahawk.

20 ish off road miles around Irwell Valley and Moses Gate.

Lots of steps... and we rode them like Gods (obviously).

Cold beer to finish.

10/10

terrahawk- we're in Marple, so the Roman Lakes are on our doorstep.

xherbivorex- next time you come round I'll take you to the jump park. It's a small bmx track in Brabyns park, great fun. I just roll everything, 'cos getting air scares me.

Moses Gate and the Irwell Valley?
Daaahling, that was sooooo Saturday!

Did Malham Cove, Arncliffe Cote and Mastiles Lane today. Superb route, loads of people about and lots of wildlife. Saw weasels (and/or stoats, Reg, and or stoats) playing about on the moor right in front of us on High Cote - only ever seen one once before when one ran over my foot on Walsden Station platform.

Spot on, apart from Ms Spanner nearly throwing up climbing Mastiles after scoffing cheesecake at the Tennants Arms in Kilnsey. šŸ˜€
