I got a really nice build from Merlin 3 weeks back. Not having had a 20mm front before though I was surprised at the lack of sealing (in comparison to previous Hope QR hubs).
Anyway I've dried them out twice already but they're already feeling gritty. I popped to covers off the bearings today and the disk side has a grey sludge in there - the DS has a clean looking blue grease.
Have I got a duffer or anyone know if there's something I can do to improve things?
Had my new ones on for the last three wet weeks or so will also check them out over the next few days.
