Seeing as there's a few dot followers of the HT550, I thought this might interest some of you.

think he has a limited number of points on his tracker- his starts following him up as he progresses. its now starting in windermere.

I think it may be possible when you are at the point of exhaustion even if it isn't what Scots would consider seriously cold, ie your body is losing heat and not generating any and the temperature is considerably lower than body temp.

I've seen people looking hypothermic in the north of Australia when the temperature was in the 10s, but of course they don't wear warm clothes there, and I may be wrong.

He's at Newtonmore now.
