If so, what was it like? How much cash did you need/what job did you get?
Always wanted to do a season snowboarding, but since rediscovering bikes, a few months riding seems more appealing.
I did a couple of summers in the German and Austrian Alps, based mainly near Munich. It was for a bike touring company (not MTB). I had a cracking time, met some great people, both other staff and guests, and would do it again in a shot if I hadn't joined the world of real jobs. There's a chair lift and a bike park in the small town that I lived in.
Get in touch via email if you'd like a bit more info, the company is always looking for new people to do it. You need to be over 21 to drive the vans, bike fixing is good but not essential and you need to be able to order 5 different types of beer in German to ensure you make the most of your earnings and free time.
