I have a Wanted ad in the classifieds for a black 80x10° Thomson stem but £95 for a new one seems a tad too much so are there any other options (or good deals) out there?
Easton do some 80x7° stems (EA50/70) that would probably be okay and I have an 80x10° Thomson in silver fitted that's perfectly fine bar the colour.
It'd be for a gravel bike so I'm not sure if a road or MTB stem would be better.
What diameter bars?

Sorry, it’s a 110mm, 10degree rise Hope but in 25.4. You could have had it for free! If you expand your search to Hope products you might have more luck?
