Just wondering what they were like before I get in touch tomorrow.
I've managed to snap the seat stay on my carbon spider comp so am hoping they'll replace it no hassle.
Anyone had dealings with them?

Oh well at least it happened after summer ended.
I've mailed intense with some questions. They've always answered pretty quick
chatting to a lady who had an intense warranty experience last weekend, said it was terrible on par with yeti when they had the old importers.
I managed to break my old Tracer (the original FSR one) and in all it took about three weeks to get a new frame. That was with me sending the frame back to the UK from Germany and then UK to the US and back again. It was a good few years ago now though.
So I've got a new rear end fitted and rode the bike today. it took 1 week from dropping the frame off to getting it back. Amazing customer service!
