On road or off? There are options and either should be comfortable in one, even in winter unless conditions are pretty awful.

Doable in one long summer's day if you are fit. Depends largely on what route you take. Two days with a camp or bivvy would be far more enjoyable though.

Off road via culra and the bealach Dubh.
It has to be a late start on the Sunday.

The Bealach Dubh is a carry/push and the upper end of Glen Nevis will test your patience (and waterproof socks). I think the area around Tom an Eite is the wettest in the UK.

Remember that it's currently getting dark at 6pm too.
