EDIT: in case you are serious, no they are not legit. The scammers haven't even bothered to register a domain name for the second one!!

Definitely 100% legit. Look at the quality of the website. How could you even start to think they might not be above board?

According to Companies House 'Top Gear Limited' sell used cars and have done since 2013.

Not sure that company has any relationship with the people who set up that website though...
