Compared to the UK prices it seems like a no brainer.
But £ 26.00 delivered, the price is so cheap it asks the question is it a fake?

Anyone bought one, any experiences?

Cheers

That aren't fake. I've had 5 or 6 over the last year on various bikes.
The only chain I use now as they last very well ,strong and light weight.
As you, a no brainier to buy from anyone else 🙂

Buy my KMC X10SL chains from Taiwan all the time, been doing this for years. Generally the seller is a bike shop, the chains never come with packaging, but as far as i know they are genuine and A1 quality !
Come to think of it, i buy all my carbon and titanium goodies from Taiwan, i have never not received anything.....

I know the quality of KMC, use them on all my bikes, road race bike snapped a Dura ace several years ago and changed to KMC and MTB race bike I have just snapped a 10 speed XTR975 for the second time.

Will treat the MTB to the bling gold SL one.

Cheers for info on the Tawain links.

Can't speak for the 10SL but the 9SL is too delicate IMO- lots of slots in the plates, makes them light but they bend and twist easily if they chainsuck. 10-speed versions seems to be much the same design.

No experience with 10-sp but I have 2 YBN 9-sp hollow chains from XC Racer and they are super....and do not have perforated plates.

The weight saving is in the hollow pins, and claimed weight is on a par with 9SL.
They actually came up a bit heavy, but were lathered in grease so I gave them the benefit of the doubt over the 260g for 116 links.

I've never really had problems with longevity on X9 or X10 SLs, no more prone to breaking than anything else (and I've broken a lot of chains).

Got my last X10SL from Taiwan, was slightly dubious, but it looked identical and weighed the same as the previous one I got from Parkers. As above, come in a plastic bag (with a Missing Link), but otherwise seem spot on.

As you say, no brainer.

I've had a few bits from Bi-King, genuine stuff and highly recommended seller.
