They have a gravel bike in their sale that I am very keen on. Before spending north of 3k with a shop I haven’t used before I’m looking for some experiences and hopefully reassurance !

They're local-ish to me, decent shop that I've used on occasion for maintenance work (back when I used to actually have a bike).
Haven't used them in a few years though so can't comment on any recent experience. I do know they relocated I think during covid from a highstreet shop to a more warehouse/business unit type of setup.
Yep, bought a bike from them the tail end of last year. They were very good to deal with.
Bought some Rock Shox Sid’s few years ago from them , No issues at all 👍
