Their website just doesn't work, they don't answer their phone and emails go unanswered. I want a set of their Pavé 28 wheels; anybody got any suggestions?

Ordered pads at the start of last week and they arrived the day afterwards. That was via their eBay shop though after the stories I'd read on here of buying stuff and finding other peoples details in your basket etc!

How the f*** does their website work? I've logged on, made my choice of item but there's no apparent way of adding it to the basket.

Global I just did a test, and for pedals you need to use the dropdowns then use the clunky overlay to actually select the options... once all options are selected the add to cart appears.

New site looks better but performs worse than old site IMO

Select item and 'Add to Cart' seems ok to me.

Yep... done that and nothing happens. Try the Pavé 28 road wheelset for me please!

Maybe they are out of stock following the good reviews?

Rubbish website anyway.

It's a gentle warning to say "buy elsewhere....." 😉

Bought a few things from them including a custom wheelset, very helpful and responsive ime, from order to delivery was four days on rims they didn't list but ordered in following an email enquiry.

There is a fairly obvious and particularly annoying bug in the list page enlarge on hover feature.

Site seems overall a little slow to me (images in particular take too long to load), otherwise nice to see the back of the old one.

3 orders & a few emails back & forth, a few glitches with the new site, no major dramas though

Bought loads in the past from them with no real hassle. However they've recently updated their web site and there are teathing troubles it seems. My last order for pads went through and got email confirming with details of the pads ordered, but they then followed up asking me to provide the details of what I ordered as they've lost the details.

To be fair, replied and they sent them out same day.

However I'm really dissappointed in one thing though...

No Haribo !

👿

It did. That's why you didn't get the option to add it to basket.... 😆

OK for me. The last delivery was slow. Probably because of my not giving them the full postal address. 😳

Whoever built their website needs shooting.

So its is not just their products that they alpha test in the real world

FWIW their response will be its your fault, your browser needs updating, you loaded the page incorrectly, no one else has this problem, it works fine for them etc.

Well. I'm no Superstar hater by any means. Often buy pads , grips and the odd other bits n bobs from them.
That is until today, when via my iPad at least, I just don't seem to be able to place an order for what I need.
I'm sure it was keeling over somewhere, but never had an issue with the old website.
Sorry Superstar, gone elsewhere this time.

All good for me. Just placed more orders. No Haribo with my last batch of tubeless valves though!

Try sending stuff back! Sent them an email about an issue with some hubs on Monday and phoned 3 times. Not heard a thing!! They have a good concept but shit customer service!! If they ran their company the right they would make a fortune!

More concerning is their website security. I have a sort of keychain access installed on my MacBook that works across all my apple devices and if I restart chrome it always asks me to allow access for superstar components despite no sign of the tab being open!! I know some other people have had security issue with it showing random peoples details, they need to sort it out otherwise someone will be furious!

I seem to remember someone looked up the publicly available company accounts and they (by which I mean he) already make a fortune - even with total disregard for their customers.

Take the hint and don't use a company that cannot build a secure or functioning website. Perhaps their parts and service follow similar lines in the the sand....
