Hi

thinking about an sx e-bike, but slightly concerned that it might need a higher cadence than I run at. I love my levo, apart (I  have to lift quite a lot) from  it’s weight it’s ideal, I also enjoy my trek exe but , for me, sometimes it doesn’t quite assist enough, so the hope is the Bosch sx gives me exe weight with nearer levo style power.

local dealer has no sx motors just now so wondering if I can blag a go on an sx motor

or if you’ve ridden a levo, tq and sx , how do they compare esp at lower cadences and slowly plodding up hills, bimbling along looking at trees and views etc as an elderly xc rider

I rode the Mondraker SX recently for a few weeks, it just rides like any other mid powered Eeb. Slow, fast, same.

Quiet and smooth with very little resistance at 16mph.

Really nice thing it was.
