Yes that one, but the same one crc were happy for me to send the shock directly to. And yes the same one that crc won't ring for me to find out whats going on, the reason they won't ring is because I sent the shock back direct to save on time and cost. So, have you any further useless input?

Because they wouldn't give it to me when I asked. She openly admitted to having a non premium number but wouldn't disclose it. Do you have it?

You may get somewhere with a sram returns number but wouldn't hold your breath.
Do you have the tracking details to say it was delivered? That should cover you for sending it.

With all the details in there, from a perspective of getting the right info to customers an email is much easier and quicker to deal with as you can look it all up and reply rather than trying to do that on the phone.
