They have had my returned order since 22nd June, but still not processed a refund. Last one took them nearly a week after receiving to refund too.

Not my usual experience of Wiggle?

Anyone else got trouble?

That doesn't seam unreasonable to me.

I returned some tyres a while ago, it took a week to ten days from sending them back to get the email saying I'd been refunded.

Returned some shoes the other week and it it took about 7 days to get the refund. I thought that was a pretty acceptable time.

Yeah I sent some stuff back last week via collectplus. Wiggle got it wednesday and said they would respond in 48 hrs and I got my refund this morning

22nd June is only 2/3 business days ago?

Can't say I remember exactly how long it took the last time I returned something, but I see it taking them a week to process.

Possible I am being impatient then - but my usual experience of them is that they process returns on the day of receipt.

And their website does say they will do it within 48hrs.

Oh well, will be along soon I'm sure.

... and now the refunds have been made. In response to chaser email no doubt. Job done.

it does seem a little slow currently. They received my work stand Wednesday morning and just got refund following an email request. I hope i get a shoe refund before the payment is processed by paypal!

Same timescales and process as me then. Shame they only seem to respond to chasing - not the wiggle I am used to.

I've got something that arrived back with them on the morning of 21st June. Suddenly processed after my chasing email this morning. It's usually faster than this.

They sent out an email to some customers saying they had a problem with returns that was slowing them down. My wife got the email but I didn't, the stuff was in the same box. All sorted now it seems.

I found out that collect+ has a size limit - bought some mudguards for the roadbike from Wiggle, thought I'd measured well but they were too wide for the fork - cost me £12.50 to send them back, they only cost £22 in the first place.

Bit annoyed - checked the wiggle site and it does give the collect+ t+c's but no note of large size when ordering, you only find that out when it arrives.

Bit of whinge I know, but the free returns is part of their advertising, so I feel a bit cheated! Have emailed them about it, but no response after 5d

I tried to cancel something 4 mine after ordering, which is apparently too late.

So I'm now waiting for my refund

I would imagine that their priority is in getting orders out, with returns taking second place. I waited around three weeks for two returns and when I emailed they said they were in a big pile waiting to be done. They did get done.
